Missing 13-year-old Amythst 'Amy' Palmer of Radford was found unharmed after leaving her residence in the early morning hours.
12:30 p.m. update: According to Radford City PIO Jenni Wilder, Palmer has been found and is unharmed. — Radford Police are looking for a missing or endangered juvenile and request the public’s assistance in locating her.
