Save the Next Rider Foundation holds event to honor teen killed in motorcycle crash

RADFORD, Va. (WDBJ) - Saturday, April 18 will mark one year since Michael Lee Price collided with a pickup whose driver turned in front of him in Radford. Price was thrown from his motorcycle and killed. Save the Next Rider Foundation is honoring Price's life with Saturday's motorcycle ride and community event. According to organizers, the ride will bring together members of the community and local bikers, and it will end with a family-friendly gathering that includes a dunk tank, bounce house, raffle prizes, and activities designed to bring people together while supporting a meaningful cause. Funds raised will go toward helping families affected by motorcycle accidents and continuing the foundation's mission of safety awareness. The ride will start Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. at the Fairlawn Sheetz and run through Radford, ending at the McCoy Fire Station.
