Man arrested in Radford stabbing and robbery

A man was arrested after a stabbing and robbery in early February, according to Radford Police. Radford Police responded Sunday, Feb. 1 at approximately 8:45 p.m. to reports of a physical altercation on the 200 block of Second Street, where a man was suffering from multiple stab wounds. Police say the suspect left prior to law enforcement arrival. The suspect was arrested Monday, February 9. Corey Edward Carter, 56 of Pulaski was charged with aggravated malicious wounding and robbery. He is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond.
