Sparky's Run Dog Park in Radford reopened on March 31 with a new pavilion and play equipment for dogs.
The City of Radford and Radford Parks and Recreation celebrated the reopening of Sparky's Run Dog Park Tuesday, March 31. The park includes a pavilion and new play equipment for the dogs.
