19-year-old Joseph Raccuia of Radford was killed in a single-vehicle crash on the 10 block of East Street on February 25, 2026.
A 19-year-old man was killed in a crash Wednesday, according to Radford Police. Police report they responded to the 10 block of East Street about 11:20 a.m. February 25, 2026. They found one vehicle had been involved in a crash. Joseph Raccuia of Radford was pronounced dead at the scene. No information has been released about the cause or circumstances of the crash.
